RMA (Return Material Authorization) POLICY
Warranty:
ANACAPA® Memory carries a limited lifetime warranty for repair unless the
product is custom or outside of the standard memory module product line.
ANACAPA Mass Storage carries the manufacturer warranty. ANACAPA integration
and small peripherals (such as sleds, enclosures) carry only a one-year warranty
or less depending on the product, and the Customer is advised after this period
to contact the manufacturer directly. ANACAPA offers to process the Manufactur
er RMA for $170.00 outside of this warranty period.
ANACAPA Networking and other computer peripheral products carry the manufacturer warranty and RMAs are processed through ANACAPA on a case-by-case basis.
In most cases, Customers are required to process their return with the manufacturer.
The above warranties shall not apply where products have been modified, altered, misused, neglected, improperly installed, received in a damaged condition,
and in some cases where the original packaging has not been retained by the Customer.
Policy:
ANACAPA reserves the right to first test and repair goods being returned as claimed
defective. The Customer account must be in good standing to return product under ANACAPA's RMA policy
Incorrect shipment claims must be made within 7 calendar days of receipt. In
some cases such returns require that the Customer has retained the original packaging
Goods accepted for credit or exchange may be subject to a restocking charge.
ANACAPA is under no obligation to accept returns which are non-defective and in
many cases the original packaging must have been retained by the Customer to do
so. Custom or unusual goods outside of ANACAPA's memory or mass storage product
lines cannot be considered for return privileges. Where goods are accepted back
for credit or exchange, any credit amount is considered to apply toward future orders. Refunds are processed solely at ANACAPA's discretion.
Procedure:
Customers must first contact ANACAPA before shipping product back to obtain an
RMA number to indicate on the outside of the box or packing list. Any return
not indicating the RMA number shall be refused. The original invoice involved must
be confirmed by RMA Staff prior to approval and assignment of an RMA number.
Most RMA cases can be approved and assigned an RMA number the same day as reported
to the RMA Staff after technical support has been completed, however, certain cases require additional approval and processing time by Management.
If the product is claimed defective or incorrect, Customers are required to go
through our Technical Support Department who will be helpful to determine if the
product is truly defective or to determine exchange information.

All returning product must arrive at ANACAPA within 5 calendar days of RMA Number
